Antartica is ice place , if you want to go ,you have to passport. Book are saying many thing about this topic , but I belive that , scerat thing have to in Antardtica.36 Caountry are controling to Antartica , I learn this idea in book , this is very diffirent opinnion. And Antartika have many animals, many people are coming here for reserch. If you want to go Antartica , yoou must be resercher or have to passaport for Antartica.
ReplyDeleteThis week,we mainly discuss Antarctica.Actually,thanks to both texts,we are informed about the future and the past of Antarctica.In that way,texts seem to be taken from same book.At that time,each text explains clearly why Antarctica is useful and searchable.Also,each of the text's intelligibility influence the readability of both text in a good way.The text which is discussed on Monday separate the people who interest in Antarctica into four groups;scientists,tourists,environmentalists,seekers.Did I have a chance to participate in one group,I would be a seeker because modern and global civilization needs having more and more oil and minerals.Lack of these necessities affect countries' economy and citizens in a bad way.For instance,nowadays,the liter price of gasoline increases day after day. had not had a big knowledge about Antarctica. I had only known that it was the coldest region of the world. To sum up, I must say that both of the texts are useful to inform people. And also, this topic is the most attractive topic I have read in our book.
ReplyDeleteLast week,our topic was "Antarctica:Whose Continent Is It?" I think that the text was wonderful and amazing. First of all, I like this passage. When we look at it we see just ice, but when we look under the iceberg we'll see a different situation. There isn't only ice under Antartica, there are also oil and mineral. Different kinds of people have different expectations from that area. This continent doesn't belong any countries. Therefore, I have learnt some new information about Antarctica from this week. For example, there are a lot of oil and mineral reserves there. There was a lot of informatin about Antarctica. This situation damages not only the inhabitans live in Antarctica, but also all mankind,so the countries all around the world should take dissuasive precautions. The more cleaner Antarctica,the larger and healthier life for mankind.
ReplyDeleteThis week we read "Antartica: Whose Continent Is It Anyway?" First I have to say I really liked passage since it was very informative.From 1 trough 4. paragraphs of the passage explained us why the scientists have been studying on Antartica ,and the tourists cannot arrange the expeditions? We can infer from the passage scientists have been searching for resources and predicting the weather.Also, people cannot arrange the expeditions for tourism because of cold weather.5. paragraph of the passage explained us the Madrid Protocol and its contents.Additionaly we can learn the cronoligical development of the Antertica thanks to author.In addition NSF and IGY were explained in the passage.We can get a lot of information from this informative passage.
