ReplyDeleteFirst of all, I want to talk about Marie Curie. She was a perfect person. She was very hard-working and successful. She discovered a important thing. People have used it and they have achieved many success so far. Also, she won too much money, but the money wasn’t important for her. Her honor was more important for her. Now, I give my opinions about the text. It is wonderful. The author tell us everything. If I were the author, I couldn’t write a text like this.
Secondly, I tell you Irene Curie. I think she was very lucky because she had a perfect mother. Her mother always encouraged her and she always helped her. Also, she had a scientist husband. He always helped her. She studied in her parents’ school. I think Marie was more important than Irene. That’s all. The reading text is confused me. I don’t realize the main ıdea in text. I don’t like the text.
First of all,I searched other famous mother-daughter scientist,but unfortunately I didn't find on the internet.

Not only Marie won Nobel Prize but also Irene won Nobel Prize.I realized this reading text mothers and fathers should be model their children.For all intents and purposes,that's my opinion.Also I learned a lot of information about Marie-Irene Curie and then I respect them,because in spite of her difficult living conditions,she worked hard for her purposes.Marie and Irene Curie brought innovation to science world.Moreover,they received money but their discovery caused their death.In conclusion,all of us appreciate them.
The texts are telling us life of Marie and Irene Curie who are Nobel Prize winners.In first text, we can experience intelligence of Marie Curie.For example, she discovered useful things such as x-rays, and two elements.I think we cannot discuss her success like her daughter.In second text, we also can learn about Irene Curie. She was a great scientist because of having a mother like Marie Curie.Both of them earned lots of money, but they did not care it. As a result, if we need to rate the texts, they can be important to know Marie and Irene's accomplishment.
ReplyDeleteWe had the topic which was based on Marie Curie's and Irene Curie's lifes this week.. They are two successful people who deserve Nobel Awards. It is a great achivement. In fact, they became aware of the difficulties that human being had, at past. Marie Curie's husband supported her in the project. People always find reasons for failure but if someone wants, s/he achieves great success. No one can prevent you from achieving.
ReplyDeleteLast week,I learned about the Curies life.Firstly,I will explain Marie Curie.She was a scientist and she worked about chemistry,physics,medicine.Her husband is Pierre.They had two daughters.Pierre and Marie discovered two new elements.They named these elements polonium and radium.Marie Curie won twice a Nobel prize and she was the first woman to receive to Nobel Prize.Radiation caused the death of her.She died in 1934.Irene was the first of Marie and Pierre's two daughters.She was a scientist such as her mother.She followed her mother's way and she died the same reasons.
ReplyDeleteI haven't known Marie and Irene Curie's lives before.Last week,I read these texts and learned information about them.I think Marie was very brave and genious.Her family was poor,but she never gave up.She always studied again and again.She was the first woman Nobel Prize winner,and the first person who received it twice.She dedicated herself for science,so she died because of cancer which occured by radium.Irene was very similar to her mother in many ways.She was helpful and intelligent like her mother.She won Nobel Prize,too.She died because of leukemia.Both of their deaths are tragic.We owe them.According to their researches,we can use X-rays.
